CANCELLATION POLICY
A $35 deposit is required to secure all appointments. The deposit will be applied toward your service total on the day of your appointment. • Cancellations or reschedules made 24 hours or more in advance: → Deposit will be refunded or transferred to a future appointment. • Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours, or no-shows: → 60% of the deposit will be retained to compensate for reserved time. → The remaining balance will be forfeited. We kindly ask clients to review their availability carefully before booking. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
